beatmania is a series of rhythm video games introduced by Konami in 1997. It is the first game to be released in Konami's line of BEMANI games. Founded by Ohta Tomomi (e.o.s), Reo Nagumo (dj nagureo, Tiger Yamato) and Hiroshi Takeyasu (Hiro, Lovemints, THE BALD HEADS). It's last release was beatmania THE FINAL, released on 2002.
