DanceDanceRevolution Volume 1 is an upcoming, multi-platform DanceDanceRevolution game. The game is set to release on November 4th, 2009 for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360. At this time details are sparse, however all four systems have been confirmed for North America by GameStop via their inventory systems and the Wii has been confirmed for Europe. It is not known at this time which Konami houses will develop the game. An announcement is expected at this year's E3 Expo.

- Judging by the title this game will likely be a compilation/best of release reviving many (or exclusively) songs that have been in the series before, possibly the earlier games of the series.
- A thread at the DDR Online Community asks players to name their favorite songs in the series, it is possible that information gathered here will influence the soundtrack for Dance Dance Revolution Volume 1.
